REFER AND EARN PROGRAM
1. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 Years or older with Indian Citizenship and Bank account and should meet all criteria outlined in this agreement.
2. How it Works
Participants can refer friends, family, or acquaintances using our website www.fernstop.com. Referred individuals must successfully complete a qualifying action, such as filling up the forn entirely and not missing any details for the referrer to receive the reward.
3. Referral Rewards
Upon successful completion of the qualifying action by the referred individual, the referrer will receive reward, e.g., cash price, shopping vouchers, discount coupons etc. The reward value and terms are subject to change at the discretion of FernStop Solutions.
4. Limitations
a. Referrers cannot refer themselves using different contact information.
b. Participants cannot spam or engage in fraudulent activities to generate referrals.
c. FernStop Solutions reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activities.
5. Rewards Redemption
Rewards earned through referrals will be either diposited in account directly or will be given by cheque or through physical address after 3 months of the candidates Joining Date.
6. Modification and Termination
FernStop Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the refer-and-earn program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting updated terms on the FernStop Solutions website.
7. Liability
FernStop Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the refer-and-earn program.
8. Privacy
Participant information collected for this program will be used solely for administering the refer-and-earn program and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pune Jurisdiction.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the refer-and-earn program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
